Jennifer Sharpe is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, consultant, and advocate with over 25 years of experience supporting neurodivergent individuals and their families. Her work is grounded in a neuroaffirming, person-centered approach that prioritizes inclusion, connection, and meaningful participation in everyday life.
Jennifer also brings lived experience as a neurodivergent adult, which informs her work with authenticity, empathy, and a deep respect for the diverse ways individuals experience and engage with the world. She is known for her ability to translate behavioral science into compassionate, practical strategies that honor autonomy and individual identity.
Throughout her career, Jennifer has worked across a wide range of settings, including home-based therapy, schools, community programs, and clinical leadership roles. She is the former owner and Clinical Director of Magnitude Behavioral Services, where she led a team of clinicians providing ABA services in homes throughout Southeastern Wisconsin.
Currently, she is expanding her focus to consulting and community-based collaboration, with a vision of helping families, schools, and organizations build more connected, inclusive, and supportive environments.
She is particularly passionate about supporting families during critical transition periods—such as following a new diagnosis, while waiting for services, or navigating life beyond traditional therapy models.
Through her clinical practice, community outreach, volunteer service, and public speaking, she continues to elevate conversations around autism, equity, and inclusion —bringing both professional expertise and personal compassion to inspire more welcoming communities.
